Known as ‘Australia’s First Lady of Beer’, Kirrily turned her passion for beer into a fulltime career, educating foodies, restaurant owners and staff, sophisticates and Aussie women about the complexities of beer and how to match a great brew to your meal.

Tiffany Waldron

As a social media specialist with experience working the Australian craft beer industry, promoting the growth of craft beer through online engagement and various events is my passion.
Specializing in beer and food matching, beer list curation and events, as well as using social media to market breweries, venues and festivals

Becky Centeno

Becky Centeno is a passionate beer educator, originally from NYC, and is a qualified Certified Cicerone® who has also completed her Beer Judging Certification Program (BJCP) exam and training. Currently working with Boatrocker Brewery, she is continuing her beer education by studying for the Advanced Cicerone exam and judging as often as possible

Sarah 'Salty' Otton

Salty is avidly involved with the beer scene. Not only as an enjoyer of the marvelous beverage but, also as a regular contributor to Froth Craft Beer Magazine and as the former chair of the R.M.I.T Beer Brewers and Connoisseurs Society. Salty has been honing her skills as a beer judge for the last 12 months.
